These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mama Rescue: Bang Bang Bang! (the "Game") provided by Purple Jam("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing our Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods.
Rent, lease, or sell the Game or your account.
The Game may include virtual currencies (e.g., gold, gems) and virtual items ("Virtual Goods").
No Ownership: You do not own Virtual Goods. You are purchasing a limited license to use them within the Game.
Non-Transferable: Virtual Goods cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money.
Refunds: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
You agree not to use the Game to:
Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating game mechanics.
Interfere with or disrupt the Game servers or networks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or game progress.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Game.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
